ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within that period to let you know your order is on the way.
Working days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT, UK bank holidays excluded.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days using Royal Mail's delivery standard is 2 - 4 working days. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to payment.
All orders over £60 are offered with free shipping.

IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders (outside of the United Kingdom), all duties and local taxes are pre-paid.
DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping labels are used on all relevant packages to cover import costs, these will be calculated and collected at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount on return. The customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.
Any import duties paid on checkout will be refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thenaturalistsguild.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
